Hello everyone, I'm Lisa. Do you know how to check the design and wiring rules of PCB circuit boards? Production is very important, and maintenance after production is also very important. Do you think the work is done after the various wiring of the PCB is completed? Obviously not. The inspection work after PCB wiring is also necessary, so how do we carry out its inspection work after PCB circuit board wiring? Today, the editor will analyze it for you in detail, and I hope it will be helpful to you.
After the PCB circuit board wiring design is completed, it is necessary to carefully check whether the wiring design complies with the rules formulated by the designer, and also confirm whether the formulated rules meet the requirements of the PCB board production process. The general inspection includes the following aspects:
1. Whether the distance between lines and lines, lines and component pads, lines and through-holes, component pads and through-holes, and through-holes and through-holes is reasonable and meets production requirements.
2. Whether the width of the power line and the ground line is appropriate, whether the coupling between the power supply line and the ground line is tight (low wave impedance), and whether there is a place in the PCB board where the ground line can be widened.
3. Whether the best measures have been taken for the key signal lines, such as the shortest length, adding protection lines, and clearly separating the input lines and output lines.
4. Whether the analog circuit and the digital circuit part have their own independent ground wires.

5. Whether the graphics (such as icons and labels) added to the PCB board will cause a short circuit of the signal. Modify some unsatisfactory line shapes.
6. Whether there is a process line on the PCB circuit board, whether the solder mask meets the requirements of the production process, whether the size of the solder mask is appropriate, and whether the character mark is pressed on the device pad, so as not to affect the quality of the electrical equipment.
7. Whether the outer frame edge of the power layer in the multi-layer PCB board is shrunk, such as the copper foil of the power layer exposed outside the board, it is easy to cause a short circuit.
