M261/M262/M263 Series Microcontroller

This is a low-power and strong security microcontroller designed for IoT applications. This microcontroller is based on secure core like Arm®Cortex®-M23 and used for Armv8-M architecture.

This microcontroller will accomplish the need for IoT applications. The incorporation of SDHC 2.0, USB 2.0 FS OTG, high-performance communication interface with CAN Bus 2.0B, and an ADC with 3.76 MSPS to detect information from sensor devices to make a perfect choice selection for different applications like product design of IoT node device and smart home.

This microcontroller provides numerous power modes used for various operating scenarios & incorporates RTC through separate VBAT to maintain low power mode. These microcontrollers are suitable for battery operations with features like low voltage supply, low power, and quick wake up. The safety functions like safe boot task make sure that the device boots only with believed software using a sequence of digital signature verification methods.

The M261/M262/M263 Series Microcontroller includes total hardware crypto engines like DES/3-DES, AES 256/192/128, ECC, SHA, and TRNG (True Random Number Generator). And also, it features four regions programable XOM (eXecute-Only-Memory) to protect complicated program codes which drastically progress the product safety.
